· Route 290 East to Exit 19-20
· Stay left traveling onto Route 190 North
· Take Exit 6 and proceed right on Route 12
· Proceed approximately 1 mile
· Just beyond the junction of Route 62 and Route 12 and across from the Municipal Light Plant is "Bridge Street"
· Take left onto Bridge Street where church and rectory are located

From 495
· Exit at Route 2 West traveling toward Leominster
· Take 190 South towards Worcester
· Take Exit 6 and go left onto Route 12 South
